1 General Terms and Acceptance

3 Account Obligations and Security

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

First Deposit Bonus
New players who complete registration and KYC verification are eligible to claim a 150% First Deposit Bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. General Bonus Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on lv44 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities where relevant.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the lv44 platform, including games, sports betting, and the lv44 Login process.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether in lv44's own systems or in third-party game provider software — to obtain an unfair advantage or generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal play conditions.

8 Account Suspension and Closure
lv44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of the eligibility criteria, prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, detection of fraudulent activity, and self-exclusion requests.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their lv44 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting lv44 support. Upon receipt of a closure request, lv44 will process any remaining withdrawable balance (subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions) and close the account within five business days. Any active bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless otherwise agreed with the support team.
Self-Exclusion

Inactive Accounts
